We are in search of a Quarry Supervisor to enhance our operations at Raisby Quarry.

Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of this position is to assist the Quarry Manager in ensuring the safe and effective management and operation of the Quarry.

You will oversee production and extraction processes, address technical challenges, and coordinate daily operational planning in collaboration with various departments on-site.

Safety is a fundamental aspect of this role. You will be tasked with conducting risk assessments and health and safety inspections while demonstrating leadership in safety practices.

Administrative duties are also a vital part of this role, including report writing, record maintenance, procurement, and budget oversight.

Effective planning and organization of work to maximize efficiency are essential skills for this position.

The ideal candidate will possess a background in the extractive sector, be knowledgeable about the extraction process, and have a strong emphasis on safety and interpersonal communication skills.
