About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior People Analyst to join our team in Edinburgh. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a crucial role in supporting business projects and delivering HR services to our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain robust people data insights to inform business decisions and drive people performance.
  • Lead by example and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to introduce process improvements and enhance the customer experience.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on people data analysis and provide value-added insights to support business objectives.
  • Support and mentor team members and deputize for the Team Manager as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience in building dashboards using Tableau or Power BI.
  • Automation experience.
  • Python coding expertise, including troubleshooting.
  • Excellent analysis skills and experience working with complex data sets.
  • Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to present insights to stakeholders and identify problem areas within the business.

  • A non-contributory pension between 8-12%.
  • A discretionary bonus based on personal and company performance.
  • 34 days leave per year, including bank holidays (pro-rated for part-time).
