About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing Resident Needs: Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Medication Administration: Administer all medication and treatments within the National Health Service (NHS) guidelines and company's medication policy.
- Care Planning: Ensure that residents' care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives, and other healthcare professionals.
- Reporting Ill-Health: Report any ill-health amongst residents and make requests for GP/professional visits where necessary.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must be a qualified Registered Nurse with a current active Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Pin. A good nursing experience, caring and compassionate nature, excellent clinical track record, and strong communication skills are essential for success in this position.
Benefits
The successful candidate will receive an excellent salary of £19.00 per hour and the annual salary is up to £43,472 per annum. In addition, you will receive:
