Job Opportunity for a Dedicated Registered Nurse
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents in a safe and homely environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and Prioritize Resident Needs: Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care to ensure the highest standards of care are met.
- Medication Administration: Administer all medication and treatments within the National Health Service (NHS) guidelines and company's medication policy.
- Care Planning: Ensure that residents' care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives, and other healthcare professionals.
- Reporting Ill-Health: Report any ill-health amongst residents and make requests for GP/professional visits where necessary.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Good Nursing Experience: Possess good nursing experience and a strong clinical track record.
- Caring and Compassionate: Demonstrate a caring and compassionate approach to delivering outstanding care to older people.
- Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills: Possess excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Quality Driven: Be quality driven with a desire to continually improve yourself and our services.
