{"Job Title": "Senior HSE Manager", "Job Summary": "We are seeking a seasoned Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) professional to join our team at Valeo Foods. As a Senior HSE Manager, you will play a critical role in deploying our Health and Safety strategy, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements, and implementing best practice solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure compliance with all site systems and maintain a safe working environment.
* Investigate all accidents and serious incidents, sharing learnings with the team.
* Manage contractors and visitors, ensuring all works are completed safely.
* Conduct and validate risk assessments.
* Develop and maintain first aid and personal protective equipment and systems.
* Collaborate with management teams to promote and implement EHS practices.
* Work with HR to ensure adequate Occupational Health provisions are in place.
* Support and develop a 'safety culture' ensuring compliance with changes to work practice and safe systems of work.

Requirements:

* Hold the NEBOSH Diploma as a minimum qualification.
* Proven leadership experience.
* Ability to effectively manage people, systems, and processes.
* Proven experience in people management, strategic planning, and risk management.
