Job Title: Senior HSE Advisor

Mentor IMC Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior HSE Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in promoting and maintaining a safe working environment for our employees, contractors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective HSE strategies and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating hazards and improving safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with project managers, site teams, and contractors to ensure HSE compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees and contractors on HSE procedures and protocols.
  • Monitor and report on HSE performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in HSE, preferably in onshore renewables or windfarm construction.
  • Relevant academic or technical background, with a strong understanding of HSE principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate hazards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Synergi, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • NEBOSH or IEMA Environmental Management qualifications.
  • Experience in delivery of training courses and materials.
  • Current clean UK driver's license.
