Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective HSE strategies and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating hazards and improving safety protocols.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure HSE compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance HSE awareness and knowledge among employees and contractors.
- Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics, including incident rates and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HSE, preferably in the renewable energy or windfarm construction industry.
- Relevant academic or technical background, including a recognized HSE qualification (e.g., NEBOSH Level 3).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate hazards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Synergi, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
