About the Role
We're seeking a Nuclear Graduate to join our Hinkley Point C team. As a Nuclear Graduate, you'll have the opportunity to work on one of the most challenging and exciting projects in the UK, contributing to the safe commissioning and operation of our new nuclear power station.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on STEM placements across our Environment, Nuclear Safety, Engineering, Radiological Protection, and Operational teams.
- Gain experience in a dynamic and fast-paced project environment.
- Develop a strong technical basis through world-class training and mentorship.
- Contribute to the development of innovative solutions to complex problems.
Requirements
- STEM undergraduate or postgraduate degree with a minimum of a 2:2 (expected or obtained).
- Genuine interest in the energy industry and a passion for sustainability.
- Open-minded, flexible, and agile thinking.
- Strategic mindset with innovative ideas.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- High ethical behavior, integrity, humility, and character.
