Qualifications and Training

Essential Requirements

  • A minimum of an Upper Second or First class undergraduate degree in a BPS accredited program, along with a Master’s degree in psychology, including research and audit capabilities.
  • Evidence of continuous professional development.

Experience and Knowledge

Essential Requirements

  • Experience working with adults experiencing Serious Mental Illness (SMI).
  • Experience in working with adult populations within Community Mental Health Teams (CMHT).
  • Familiarity with psychometric assessment tools.
  • Core psychological assessment skills.
  • Proven ability to work both collaboratively in a team and independently.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience in coordinating information collection.
