Dorset Clinical Commissioning Group collaborates with various partners to facilitate employment opportunities, particularly for individuals aged 16-30. Candidate Profile

Educational Background

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of an Upper Second or First class undergraduate degree in a BPS accredited program, along with an MSc in psychology, complemented by research and audit capabilities.
  • Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.

Experience & Knowledge

Required Experience

  • Proven experience working with adults facing Serious Mental Illness (SMI).
  • Background in working with adult populations within Community Mental Health Teams (CMHT).
  • Familiarity with psychometric tools for assessment purposes.
  • Core psychological assessment skills.
  • Evidence of effective teamwork and the ability to operate independently.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in coordinating information collection processes.
