Educational Background
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of an Upper Second or First class undergraduate degree in a BPS accredited program, along with an MSc in psychology, complemented by research and audit capabilities.
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
Experience & Knowledge
Required Experience
- Proven experience working with adults facing Serious Mental Illness (SMI).
- Background in working with adult populations within Community Mental Health Teams (CMHT).
- Familiarity with psychometric tools for assessment purposes.
- Core psychological assessment skills.
- Evidence of effective teamwork and the ability to operate independently.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in coordinating information collection processes.
