Candidate Profile

Qualifications and Training

Required Qualifications

A minimum of an Upper Second or First class undergraduate degree in a BPS accredited program, along with an MSc in psychology, research, and audit capabilities. Evidence of continuous professional development.

Experience and Knowledge

Required Experience

Proven experience working with adults experiencing severe mental illness (SMI). Experience working with the adult population within Community Mental Health Teams (CMHT). Familiarity with psychometric tools for assessment purposes. Core psychological assessment skills. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.

Preferred Experience

Experience in coordinating information collection.

Required Skills

Exceptional interpersonal skills, self-awareness, sensitivity, tact, and empathy in all communications. Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with adults and their families or caregivers during challenging times.

Additional Requirements

Required Qualifications
