Position Overview

We are seeking a Real Estate Senior Associate Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE to join a dynamic team.

As part of a successful and welcoming team, you will be presented with genuine opportunities for professional growth and development. The firm has a well-established clientele, particularly appealing to entrepreneurs and high-net-worth individuals.

The quality of property work is exceptional, encompassing a diverse range of clients. Your responsibilities will include managing your own caseload (with supervision), which may involve:

  • Landlord and tenant matters related to residential properties, with commercial experience being advantageous;
  • Sales and acquisitions of land, including both registered and unregistered, as well as freehold and leasehold transactions;
  • Plot sales;
  • Equity transfers;
  • Remortgaging and property financing;
  • Easements;
  • Lease extensions, including experience with statutory lease extensions;
  • Acquisition of development sites and familiarity with option agreements and conditional contracts;
  • Engagement in business development activities.

Candidate Profile

  • You will be a qualified Real Estate Senior Associate with at least 3 years PQE (qualified in England & Wales).
  • You will possess strong technical skills, commercial awareness, and a desire for career advancement.
  • You will be a candidate who can think strategically and identify business opportunities.
  • You will thrive in a modern, collaborative work environment.
