Our client, a well-established legal practice, is seeking a Real Estate Senior Associate Solicitor with over 3 years of post-qualification experience to join their dynamic team.

About the Role

As a Real Estate Senior Associate, you will be an integral part of a successful team known for its commercial acumen and friendly atmosphere. You will manage your own caseload under guidance, engaging in a variety of property-related matters, including:

  • Residential landlord and tenant transactions, with an advantage for those with commercial experience;
  • Sales and acquisitions of both registered and unregistered land, encompassing freehold and leasehold properties;
  • Plot sales and transfers of equity;
  • Remortgaging and property financing arrangements;
  • Handling easements and lease extensions, including statutory lease extensions;
  • Purchasing development sites and negotiating option agreements and conditional contracts;
  • Contributing to business development efforts.

Candidate Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE in Real Estate (England & Wales).
  • Strong technical expertise and commercial insight, coupled with a desire for career advancement.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to identify business opportunities.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a modern working environment.
