About the Role

The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically strong Commercial Real Estate Associate Solicitor to join our team at William James Recruitment.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading law firm, advising on all aspects of sales, purchases, leases, lease management, and bank finance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, a passion for business development, and excellent organisation and time-management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advising clients on commercial real estate transactions, including sales, purchases, and leases
  • Managing and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Developing and implementing business development strategies to grow the firm's commercial real estate practice
  • Working closely with the firm's commercial real estate team to deliver high-quality legal advice and services
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in commercial real estate law and regulations
Requirements
  • 4-6 years post-qualification experience as a Commercial Real Estate Associate Solicitor
  • Strong academic background and excellent academic credentials
  • Development experience in commercial real estate law
  • Passion for business development and a strong network of contacts in the industry
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to work to deadlines and prioritise tasks
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
