Position Overview

We are seeking a Real Estate Senior Associate Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience to join a dynamic team in a thriving office.

The firm has a well-established clientele, particularly appealing to entrepreneurs and high-net-worth individuals due to its esteemed legal professionals.

The quality of property work is outstanding, and you will be responsible for managing your own caseload (with guidance), which may include:

  • Residential landlord and tenant matters, with a preference for candidates with commercial experience;
  • Transactions involving the sale and purchase of both registered and unregistered land, encompassing freehold and leasehold properties;
  • Handling plot sales;
  • Equity transfers;
  • Remortgaging and property financing;
  • Dealing with easements;
  • Lease extensions, including experience with statutory lease extensions;
  • Acquisition of development sites and familiarity with option agreements and conditional contracts;
  • Engaging in business development activities.

Candidate Profile

  • Qualified as a Real Estate Senior Associate with at least 3 years PQE (England & Wales).
  • Possess strong technical acumen, commercial insight, and a desire for career progression.
  • Exhibit a commercial mindset with the ability to identify business opportunities.
  • Thrive in a collaborative, modern work environment.
