As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and growing the service, ensuring exceptional care delivery, compliance with regulations, and efficient operations while upholding the organisation's values.

**Service Management**

* Oversee daily operations and ensure care aligns with the organisation's mission.
* Develop strategies to improve and expand the service.
* Manage the service budget to ensure financial sustainability.

**Team Leadership**

* Lead and support your team, ensuring they align with the organisation's values.
* Create a positive work environment that promotes professional growth.
* Monitor and improve team performance.

**Compliance and Quality Assurance**

* Ensure full compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards.
* Maintain high standards through quality assurance processes.
* Continuously engage in self-development.
