Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of social care professionals in delivering exceptional care services to our clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and staff to ensure the smooth operation of the branch.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, families, and community partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in health and social care, with a strong track record of leadership and management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, clients, and external partners.
  • Strong business acumen, with experience in financial management, planning, and analysis.
  • Knowledge of relevant statutory regulations and good practice in social care.

Desirable Qualifications

  • SQV Level 8/9 in a relevant discipline or equivalent management qualification.
