Branch Manager Opportunity

Haybrook, the UK's largest independent property services group, is seeking a highly skilled Branch Manager to lead our Estate Agency team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strong relationships with vendors and buyers, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily meetings with the Estate Agency team to discuss sales strategies and performance
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Monitor and assess individual team member performance, including conducting regular one-to-one meetings
  • Encourage team development and progression, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Focus on generating new and repeat business, developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers
  • Liaise with prospective buyers and arrange property viewings to meet their needs
  • Negotiate offers and agree sales, ensuring the business is risk-averse and compliant with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • Full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience within Estate Agency at a Senior Negotiator position, Property Valuer position, or higher
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create a positive team culture
  • Ability to create and action business plans relevant to the branch, monitor and assess performance of local competitors
  • Strong understanding of current legislation related to Estate Agency
  • Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads, with a reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
