Branch Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Estate Agency team in delivering exceptional service to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing a team of estate agents, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily meetings with the Estate Agency team to discuss sales performance, customer feedback, and business development opportunities.
  • Coach and develop the team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive sales growth.
  • Monitor and assess individual team member performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve performance.
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Ensure the business is risk-averse and compliant with all regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Estate Agency at a Senior Negotiator position or higher.
  • Full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work under own initiative, with a strong focus on delivering results and driving business growth.
  • Good IT skills, with experience of Microsoft packages.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
