Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Financial Services Analyst to contribute to our Equity Plan Management division within Workplace Solutions. This role is pivotal in enhancing our client service delivery and will provide you with a platform for professional advancement in a vibrant and innovative atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a portfolio of corporate clients managing employee share plans collaboratively within a team.
  • Engage with clients on operational matters concerning their share plan initiatives.
  • Ensure the prompt execution of operational tasks, including data management, reconciliation, processing, reporting, and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive procedural documentation related to client programs to guarantee precise transaction processing and mitigate risks.
  • Assist in identifying and implementing new system tools and enhancements to current systems.
  • Lead projects aimed at improving business operations while serving as a primary contact for Client Accounts.
  • Foster strong relationships with key business partners and explore innovative solutions for clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Exceptional communication abilities.
  • Strong numerical, financial analysis, documentation, and procedural skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Demonstrated commercial insight with a proactive and innovative approach.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet stringent deadlines.
