This is a field-based role that requires a passionate and experienced nurse to deliver holistic care to patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake clinical assessments of patients' needs and provide training on safe medication administration.
  • Conduct home visits to ensure patients' environments are safe and suitable for home IV oncology treatment.
  • Administer IV oncology medications and manage patient care through a combination of support programs.
  • Collaborate with referring consultants to ensure patients receive the best possible care.
Requirements:
  • RGN part 1 NMC Register.
  • Chemotherapy delivery qualification.
  • Experience in administering oncology medication and clinical assessments.
  • Strong understanding of therapies relevant to service offering.
