At Battery NEXUS, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Thermo-Mechanical Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you'll be responsible for designing and developing high temperature electro-mechanical sensing systems for aerospace applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high temperature sensing systems using 3D and FEA modeling and testing
  • Research high temperature materials and components for use in sensing systems
  • Work with suppliers to select and qualify components and materials
  • Analyse and interpret technical specifications, schematics, and engineering drawings
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies
Requirements:
  • PhD or Master's degree in Engineering or Materials Science
  • Research or industrial experience in high temperature materials and sensing systems
  • Expertise in industry standard software tools such as MATLAB, Simulink, COMSOL, and SolidWorks
  • Proficiency in Python and C programming languages
