Position Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced professional in Sales and Marketing who possesses the capability to inspire a dedicated sales management team. This role involves overseeing the development of interior design concepts and mentoring our staff to ensure an outstanding experience for our clients throughout the sales journey.

Key Responsibilities
The Sales and Marketing Director will be accountable for:

  • Driving profitable sales while ensuring that individual development objectives are met or surpassed, all while maximizing profitability.
  • Providing leadership to the Sales Management Team and Sales Executives, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Acting as the brand ambassador, managing all facets of business branding and advertising across various media channels.

Core Duties
The responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the entire Sales & Marketing function, from land evaluation and market analysis to setting sales prices and managing reservations through to legal completion.
  • Conducting thorough market research prior to land acquisition to determine the appropriate product and specifications for the target market.
  • Developing sales strategies based on relevant market insights within the geographical area.
  • Ensuring the timely and professional launch of new developments, including the preparation of marketing materials in line with company standards.
  • Creating and executing innovative marketing strategies to drive profitable sales.
  • Monitoring trends in the new build sector and adapting strategies to maintain performance.
  • Evaluating the performance of associated companies involved in the sales process.
  • Effectively managing the Part Exchange aspect of the business to achieve desired sales outcomes.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Extensive experience in sales and marketing within the new build sector.
  • A proven track record of managing and motivating a sales team.
  • In-depth knowledge of the new build industry and housing market.
  • The ability to drive sales and meet targets while preserving profit margins.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations, including The Property Mis-descriptions Act and The Consumer Code for House Builders.
