Job Summary:

Mbf is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IFA Administrator to support the growth of our dynamic and medium-sized, Chartered and fully Independent Financial Planning practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to financial advisors, ensuring the smooth operation of their services.
  • Prepare client correspondence, reports, and documentation, maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
  • Manage client records, ensuring all information is up-to-date and compliant with industry regulations.
  • Assist with the preparation of client review meetings, coordinating with financial advisors and other stakeholders as needed.
  • Process new business applications, following up on any outstanding requirements and ensuring timely completion.
  • Liaise with product providers and clients to resolve any queries or concerns, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.

About You:

  • Previous experience in an IFA Administrator or similar role within the financial services industry.
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in using financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach and strong problem-solving skills.
