Mbf is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IFA Administrator to support the growth of our dynamic and medium-sized, Chartered and fully Independent Financial Planning practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to financial advisors, ensuring the smooth operation of their services.
- Client Correspondence: Prepare client correspondence, reports, and documentation, maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
- Record Management: Manage client records, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
- Business Development: Assist with the preparation of client review meetings, process new business applications, and follow up on any outstanding requirements.
- Client Liaison: Liaise with product providers and clients to resolve any queries, providing exceptional client service and support.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum, with a discretionary bonus.
