Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to financial advisors, ensuring the smooth operation of their services.
  • Prepare client correspondence, reports, and documentation, maintaining high standards and delivering exceptional client service.

  • Process new business applications, following up on any outstanding requirements to ensure timely completion.
  • Liaise with product providers and clients to resolve any queries, providing prompt and professional support.
  • Maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
