Job Summary:

Mbf is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented IFA Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the financial services team, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to financial advisors and ensure the smooth operation of their services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to financial advisors, including preparing client correspondence, reports, and documentation.
  • Client Records Management: Manage client records and ensure all information is up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with industry regulations.
  • Client Review Meetings: Assist with the preparation of client review meetings, including coordinating schedules and preparing necessary materials.
  • New Business Applications: Process new business applications and follow up on any outstanding requirements to ensure timely completion.
  • Client Liaison: Liaise with product providers and clients to resolve any queries or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Compliance: Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with industry regulations, including maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in an IFA Administrator or similar role within the financial services industry.
  • Skills: Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, proficiency in using financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, proactive approach, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
