Our team handles a wide range of tasks, from initial feasibility assessments to detailed design and site evaluations. We are currently involved in significant projects such as hydrogen generation, gas storage, battery storage, and industrial decarbonization.

Your Responsibilities:

We seek a versatile individual capable of managing multiple smaller projects or a larger, multidisciplinary team. You will work closely with clients on complex challenges while mentoring junior staff.

Ideal candidates will lead engineering teams that may be co-located or spread across different locations. The scope of engineering management roles may vary, with some focusing on overseeing several teams and others on leading significant engineering projects within a project management framework.

What We Seek:

As we expand our project portfolio, we are looking for skilled Engineering Managers with a proven track record in managing multidisciplinary teams in regulated energy infrastructure settings. We value candidates who can oversee all phases of project lifecycles, including Pre-FEED, FEED, detailed design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.

Successful candidates will possess strong communication and leadership abilities, along with the following qualifications:
  • Experience in managing multidisciplinary engineering teams, with a recent history of successfully overseeing either a portfolio of smaller teams or a large-scale design project.
  • Solid commercial acumen, with direct experience in delivering engineering solutions within highly regulated industries (e.g., nuclear, power, oil and gas, chemicals, large-scale infrastructure).
  • Experience in securing project bids.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • High ethical standards and integrity.
