About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled MRI Radiographer to join our team as a Lead Radiographer. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Radiographer to take on a leadership role and contribute to the delivery of high-quality diagnostic imaging services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Radiographers to ensure the delivery of high-quality diagnostic imaging services.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safe and effective use of MRI equipment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Conduct audits and quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for junior Radiographers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure that all records are maintained in accordance with statutory and organisational requirements.
Requirements
  • HCPC registration as a Radiographer.
  • Experience in managing a team of Radiographers or in a similar leadership role.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
