Job Title: MRI Clinical/Team Lead Radiographer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled MRI Clinical/Team Lead Radiographer to join our team at Ramsay Health Care UK. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for leading the clinical aspects of our MRI services, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.

About the Role:
  • Lead the clinical aspects of our MRI services, including training and competencies, QA, and MRI safety investigations.
  • Ensure that the MRI team is kept up to date with current practice and protocols.
  • Manage and coordinate the MRI department, including staff resourcing and budget setting.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow.
  • Participate in departmental audits and Quality Assurance programs.
Requirements:
  • Experience in managing a team of Radiographers or being an existing Lead MRI Radiographer within the NHS or Private Healthcare Service in the UK.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of MRI procedures and protocols.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and dynamic approach.
  • Experience of commissioning a new MRI scanner for use.
