We are seeking an experienced and skilled MRI Clinical/Team Lead Radiographer to join our team at Ramsay Health Care UK. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for leading the clinical aspects of our MRI services, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.
About the Role:- Lead the clinical aspects of our MRI services, including training and competencies, QA, MRI safety investigations, and ensuring the team is up-to-date with current practice and protocols.
- Manage a team of Radiographers, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality diagnostic imaging services.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory bodies, such as the CQC and IR(ME)R.
- Participate in departmental audits and Quality Assurance programs to ensure continuous improvement.
- Experience in managing a team of Radiographers or being an existing Lead MRI Radiographer within the NHS or Private Healthcare Service in the UK.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent clinical skills, with a deep understanding of MRI technology and protocols.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
