Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of Radiographers, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality imaging services.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safe and effective use of MRI equipment.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality assurance programs to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
- Provide training and education to Radiographers and other staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- HCPC registration as a Radiographer.
- Experience in managing a team of Radiographers or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and patients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Knowledge of MRI equipment and imaging protocols, with the ability to develop and implement new procedures as needed.
