About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled MRI Radiographer to join our team as a Lead Radiographer. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise in MRI imaging.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Radiographers, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality imaging services.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safe and effective use of MRI equipment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of quality assurance programs to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
  • Provide training and education to Radiographers and other staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
Requirements
  • HCPC registration as a Radiographer.
  • Experience in managing a team of Radiographers or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and patients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Knowledge of MRI equipment and imaging protocols, with the ability to develop and implement new procedures as needed.
