It is crucial to maintain composure, empathy, and support when addressing both standard and urgent inquiries.
Do you possess extensive local knowledge and a commitment to achieving high-quality results? If so, we are interested in a personable, confident, diligent, and dependable candidate who aspires to excel in customer service. The team is tasked with offering confidential guidance to clients, disseminating a broad spectrum of council and community information to facilitate access to services, resolving inquiries, processing service requests, and managing any complaints.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be customer-oriented, goal-focused, and thrive in a dynamic yet fulfilling atmosphere. Experience in a contact centre environment, engaging with clients through various communication channels, is advantageous.
Successful applicants will be required to undertake Customer Service assessments, which are a vital component of the selection process. Please be aware that full-time training lasting between 4 to 6 weeks is mandatory.
