About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Film Distribution Coordinator to join our team at Noah Media Group. As a key member of our distribution team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth release of our films to broadcasters, digital platforms, and exhibitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with broadcasters, digital platforms, and exhibitors to coordinate release schedules and ensure timely delivery of necessary materials.
  • Organize and oversee the delivery of physical and digital assets to broadcasters, digital platforms, and exhibitors.
  • Collaborate with our teams to design and execute distribution strategies and create required assets for each film release.
  • Ensure all requirements, including ratings, subtitles, and technical specifications, are met for each release.
  • Provide administrative support for the distribution team, processing invoices, and creating reports as needed.
  • Work on premiere screenings and Q&A tours to ensure the smooth running of events.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in film distribution, preferably in an independent film company.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Keen to learn and grow into the role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Knowledge of Photoshop, Premiere, Indesign, and Social Media channels preferred.
  • A passion for independent film and understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing the industry.
