About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Admissions Coordinator to join our team at the London Film Academy. As a key member of our admissions team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our admissions process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enrolment and Interview Process Coordination
    • Coordinate the entire applicant journey, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Student Enquiries and Applications
    • Record and process enquiries and applications in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Admissions Record-Keeping Support
    • Support the team to maintain accurate and up-to-date admissions records.
  • General Enquiries and Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to prospective students, their parents, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable Experience
    • Proven experience in admissions or a related field.
  • Excellent Communication Skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create a rapport with a range of stakeholders.
  • Team Player
    • Able to work effectively as part of a team, following set processes and procedures.
  • Administrative Skills
    • Strong administrative skills, with good attention to detail.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficient in using macOS and Office 365, including Excel and Word.
