About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engagement Manager / Programme Lead to join our UK team at Korn Ferry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting key accounts with a focus on using assessments to define talent development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver talent development programs based on psychological principles and assessment data.
  • Utilize psychometric assessments to identify leadership potential and development needs.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop evidence-based succession plans and talent strategies.
  • Manage project deliverables, mitigate risks, and track financial performance to ensure successful program outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders and internal teams at Korn Ferry.
  • Matrix manage a diverse team, including project managers, coordinators, coaches, and consultants.

Requirements

  • A degree in Psychology, with a strong focus on organizational psychology, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Extensive experience in a client-facing role, demonstrating the ability to operate effectively at both pace and scale.
  • A proven track record of applying psychological theories and assessments to inform talent development strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a history of successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • The ability to commute to London at least two days a week and the permanent right to work in the UK.
