Role and Responsibilities:
• Deliver tailored therapeutic interventions based on clinical evaluations.
• Assist educational and residential staff in creating therapeutic living and learning settings.
• Provide consultation, workshops, training, and guidance to colleagues.
• Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary clinical team to ensure holistic support for students.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Qualified Clinical, Educational, Forensic, or Counselling Psychologist registered with the HCPC.
• Proven skills and experience in assessing, formulating, and delivering therapeutic interventions for children with complex needs.
• Experience in supporting a multidisciplinary team to provide clinically informed living and learning environments.
• Strong organizational skills, initiative, and a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for young people.
