Senior Mobile Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join our Corporate Estates Facilities Management team. This role will involve working across multiple sites in Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire, and Buckinghamshire.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) activities across numerous sites.
  • Identifying and reporting any statutory or critical plant failures that pose a health and safety risk to building occupants, visitors, or the general public.
  • Carrying out building inspections and reporting damages or faults.
Requirements:
  • Commercial Multi Skilled Maintenance experience, specifically within mechanical, fabric, and electrical.
  • Experience of reactive maintenance/breakdowns with relevant experience of working in a large multi-building site, preferably in a commercial environment.
  • HVAC & FGas qualifications would be beneficial.

This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in maintenance and a passion for delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
