Job Summary:

Interaction Recruitment is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join a world-leading packaging company based in Corby. As a key member of the engineering team, you will be responsible for electrical and mechanical fault finding and rectification on manufacturing machinery, conducting planned and preventative maintenance, and implementing continuous improvement methods to ensure smooth production and minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Electrical and mechanical fault finding and rectification on manufacturing machinery
• Conducting planned and preventative maintenance on an array of manufacturing machinery
• Installations and repairs of electrical based equipment, PLCs/Motor Drives/Invertors, and heating circuits
• Mechanical and electrical fault finding and rectification
• Implementing continuous improvement methods to ensure smooth running of the plant and minimize downtime

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' worth of experience as a Maintenance Engineer
• Proven electrical capabilities in a manufacturing environment
• Proven hydraulic and pneumatic capabilities
• Previous experience working in the packaging industry
• Relevant Mechanical or Electrical Qualifications (City & Guilds/NVQs) - Advantageous
