Senior Mobile Maintenance Engineer Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join our Corporate Estates Facilities Management team based across sites in Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire and Buckinghamshire. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting Planned and Reactive Maintenance across the Client estate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) activities across numerous sites.
  • Identifying and reporting statutory or critical plant failures that pose a health and safety risk to building occupants, visitors, or members of the public to the Manager.

The ideal candidate will have commercial multi-skilled maintenance experience specifically within mechanical, fabric, and electrical fields. Experience in reactive maintenance/breakdowns with relevant experience working in large multi-building sites is also essential. A strong background in HVAC and F-Gas qualifications would be beneficial.
