Job Title: Interim Reward Co-ordinator

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent administrative skills? Do you have experience in compensation and benefits administration? We are seeking an Interim Reward Co-ordinator to join our team at TJX Europe.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support to our Reward team, focusing on the administration and coordination of benefit and compensation programs across Europe. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract, and we are looking for someone who can use their discretion and confidentiality to manage sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the shared Reward inbox, filtering questions and assigning queries to appropriate analysts for resolution.
  • Support the delivery of Pay Reporting requirements as scope continues to grow across Europe.
  • Support Pay Reporting Manager with coordination of Gender Pay Gap Reporting Schedule, filing of documentation, and Business Upskill sessions for Pay Transparency.
  • Support the Manager of Reward with coordination of Merit Meetings and Hourly Pay Review Schedules.
  • Organize team meetings as required, making all necessary arrangements, including invites, agenda, speakers, etc.
  • Manage team activities such as holiday calendar and travel.
  • Support benefit activities as appropriate.
  • Undertake ad hoc projects as required.
Requirements
  • Proven administrative, organizational skills, and experience with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Positive and confident approach.
  • Able to communicate at all levels.
  • Highly focused on delivering a professional service to customers.
  • Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team.
  • Well-organized and able to prioritize and work with multiple programs.
  • Discrete and highly confidential.
