Are you a driven and results-focused sales professional seeking a challenging career opportunity? We are looking for a talented Field Sales Account Manager to join our team at Aaron Wallis Sales Recruitment.

This exciting role combines account management, new business development, and door-to-door sales, offering a unique blend of skills and challenges. As a Field Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven individual with a proven track record in field sales or account management. Ideal candidates will have experience in selling into SME businesses, such as pubs, restaurants, hair salons, launderettes, small offices, and small industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expand existing client relationships
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through door-to-door sales and account management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business results

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in field sales or account management
  • Strong B2B sales ability and excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and a willingness to learn and develop
  • Confidence in passing background checks, including adverse credit history, disqualified directors, and DBS checks
