We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our Assessment and Intervention team, where you will play a vital role in supporting children, young people, and families in need.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and provide interventions to support children and families in need
  • Work closely with children, young people, and families to identify and address their needs
  • Collaborate with other agencies and professionals to ensure effective support and outcomes
  • Manage a defined caseload and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
Requirements for Success:
  • Diploma or degree in social work
  • Registered with Social Work England
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
