Your Role: Empowering Positive ChangeAs a Social Worker in this role, you will manage a defined caseload, working closely with children, young people, and families/carers to bring about positive change and improved outcomes. You will conduct assessments, purposeful interventions, and reviews related to Child Protection, Child in Need, and Children Looked After.
Requirements for ExcellenceTo excel in this role, candidates should hold a diploma or degree in social work, be registered with Social Work England, and demonstrate practice aligned with current professional standards. A solid understanding of social work knowledge, emotional intelligence, and analytical skills is essential.
