We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our Assessment and Intervention team, where you will play a vital role in supporting children, young people, and families in need.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments and interventions to identify and address the needs of children and families
  • Develop and implement effective plans to promote positive change and improved outcomes
  • Collaborate with partners, including the police and other agencies, to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Manage a defined caseload, working closely with children, young people, and families to bring about positive change
Requirements for Success:
  • Diploma or degree in social work, registered with Social Work England
  • Strong understanding of social work knowledge, emotional intelligence, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, prioritizing flexibility and wellbeing
