Position Overview

Regulatory Compliance Coordinator | Finitas | London/Hybrid | Competitive Salary

Finitas is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Regulatory Compliance Coordinator to enhance our compliance team. This role is pivotal in ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and fostering a culture of compliance within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the monthly updates of the central complaints register.
  • Support the completion of due diligence inquiries from insurers and intermediaries.
  • Integrate compliance training modules into the company’s digital learning platform.
  • Participate in Compliance Team Meetings and Product Governance Committee discussions.
  • Assist with requests related to Data Subject Access as they arise.
  • Manage the broker administration system for both domestic and international operations.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months of experience in compliance or auditing roles.
  • Strong understanding of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations.
  • Experience in the insurance or insurance brokerage sector is essential.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively; self-motivated and a team player.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
