Job Description

We're seeking a seasoned Legal Risk & Compliance professional with a passion for Anti-Money Laundering (AML), regulatory compliance, and conflict management to join AJ FOX COMPLIANCE as our Head of Regulatory Compliance.

This high-impact role covers all aspects of AML, sanctions, and regulatory compliance while driving innovation and best practices across our organization.

You'll collaborate with key stakeholders, oversee risk assessments, audits, and ensure compliance with evolving regulations.

To be considered for this role, you will ideally have over 8+ years of experience in compliance (preferably at an international law firm), strong business acumen, and exceptional leadership skills.

You'll manage, develop, and grow a dedicated team, making a real difference in our firm's future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective compliance strategies and programs
  • Lead risk assessments and audits to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive innovation and best practices
  • Manage and develop a high-performing compliance team

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in compliance (preferably at an international law firm)
  • Strong business acumen and exceptional leadership skills
