Key Responsibilities

As the Assistant Manager for Food and Beverage, you will collaborate closely with the Food and Beverage Manager. Your role will involve overseeing the entire operation, ensuring that high standards are maintained across the team, outlets, and the food and beverages we serve. You will consistently seek opportunities to enhance service quality and operational standards for our guests.
Your support will be vital in fostering a positive workplace culture. This may include assisting with the recruitment and training of new staff or developing existing team members. You will ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and National Trust policies.
Additionally, you will be responsible for setting and achieving financial objectives to boost revenue and profitability. This may involve driving sales through effective resource management and delivering exceptional customer service.
We will provide you with a comprehensive induction tailored to your role, along with training in food safety and allergen management, as well as any necessary mentoring. Opportunities for further professional development will also be available.
