The Impact You'll Make in this RoleAs a Data Business Development Partner in London and Southeast for Medical Surgical Business (Medsurg), you will have the opportunity to put your curiosity to good use and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people in the world.
- Market Knowledge and Strategy
You will be responsible for building full market knowledge at the regional level of the ICS to support shaping the Solventum MSD business strategy.
Customer PartnershipsYou will represent Solventum as a trusted Business Partner to the NHS, ensuring high levels of visibility within the NHS at senior/executive stakeholder level, and responsible for regional customer partner relationships to develop initial growth and ongoing nurturing to deliver commercial success.
Commercial CollaborationsYou will lead the ICS commercial collaborations to maximise profitable growth and drive business success.
Key Opinion Leader NetworkYou will establish a Key Opinion Leader network to shape and validate MedSurg solutions.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree-level qualification in a Medical, Scientific, or Business discipline.
- Advanced experience in Wound care / MedTech Market, preferably in Business Development Manager, Market Access, or Commercial Lead roles.
- Proven experience of interacting and influencing senior decision makers within the healthcare market, preferably at ICS level.
- Experience/ability to manage key accounts & opportunities through professional customer relationship management process & application.
- Strong commercial skills, including contract negotiations and proposal/business case submissions.
- Ability to analyse and interpret data and present meaningful insight.
- Developed an established network of NHS executives.
- An individual that has a passion to explore innovative ways to develop commercial opportunity.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal, essential.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Travel: up to 50% travel, within assigned territory.
- Current valid Driver's License (if applicable, will be issued with company vehicle).
- Company Vehicle: This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position.
- Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
