Job Description
Key Responsibilities
As a Registered Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our care team, ensuring that our service users receive the highest level of care and support. You'll be accountable for:
- Managing a team of care workers to deliver personal care services to our service users
- Ensuring that our care services meet the required standards and are compliant with regulatory requirements
- Developing and implementing care plans that meet the individual needs of our service users
- Monitoring and evaluating the quality of our care services and making recommendations for improvement
